These terms cover your use of anvilpoint.com (the “site”) and our free 20-minute call. The site is operated by Four Eyes Media LLC, doing business as Anvilpoint (“we,” “us”). By using the site or booking a call, you agree to these terms.

The site and the free call

Everything on the site is general information. The calculator’s figures are estimates based only on the numbers you enter. They aren’t a promise of results or professional advice for your situation.

The 20-minute call is free. It doesn’t create a client relationship or any obligation for you or us. We may reschedule or decline a booking.

Paid work

We do paid work only under a separate written agreement, and scope and terms come in writing before anything is paid. That agreement governs the work. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls. Prices on the site can change. The price you pay is the one in your agreement.

What you share with us

Only share information you’re allowed to share. Please don’t send sensitive personal information, such as health records, government ID numbers or financial account numbers, before an agreement is in place. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you. How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy notice.

Our content

The site and its content, including the text, design, Anvilpoint name, logo and wordmark, belong to Four Eyes Media LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, scrape the site, or use it to train AI models without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site for anything unlawful, interfere with how it works, try to access systems you’re not authorized to use, or submit false information when booking.

Other services

Booking and calls run through third-party services, such as our scheduling provider and Google Meet. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we aren’t responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The site and the free call are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from the site or the free call. Our total liability for any claim about the site or the free call is limited to $100. Liability for paid work is set by your written agreement.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, from any resulting claim against us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Four Eyes Media LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or the free call will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the effective date above. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
