All prices are in USD. Every Anvilpoint engagement starts with the Operational Review. Build and Care are optional, separate decisions you make later, if at all. They aren’t tiers, and they aren’t a package.

- Introductory call: free, 20 minutes.
- Operational Review: $4,500 fixed. Required before an Anvilpoint Build.
- Build: $10,000–$25,000. Optional, fixed quote after the Review.
- Care: $1,000/month. Optional.
The free call is an introduction, not a diagnosis, and it doesn’t commit you to a Review. The Review stands on its own. Build and Care are separate decisions.
If you go ahead with a Build: Review + Build within the stated range comes to $14,500–$29,500. Approved software costs and optional Care are additional.
Payments: Review, 50% to schedule and 50% on delivery. Build, 50% at kickoff, 30% when you sign off on testing, and 20% when it’s live and handed over.

Required before an Anvilpoint Build. Useful on its own.
You keep the findings. Use them internally or with another provider. There’s no obligation to implement anything, and a recommendation not to build is a legitimate outcome.
- Scope
- Three workflows in one agreed part of the agency. A workflow is a chain of handoffs, like signed deal to kickoff, not a whole department.
- Time
- Ten business days.
- You get
- Maps of how the three workflows actually move. Findings on where work breaks down and why, with the evidence and the math, every assumption labeled. Prioritized recommendations and a 90-day plan for what to fix first, each one marked as organizational, configuration, technical, or not worth pursuing.
- Not included
- An audit of every part of the agency, a financial audit, or a full implementation specification for every problem it turns up.
- Payment
- 50% to schedule it, 50% on delivery.
Build
$10,000–$25,000
Optional. A fixed price, quoted after the Review.
Review + Build, within the stated range
$4,500 + $10,000–$25,000 = $14,500–$29,500
Approved software costs and optional Care are additional.
- What it is
- We put the agreed changes in place, test them with your team, and hand over the instructions to run them. Some recommendations are process-only and don’t need a Build at all.
- What sets the price
- How many workflows it covers and how many tools they run through. The quote is for implementation only; it doesn’t charge again for diagnostic work the Review already did.
- Software
- Any software a Build needs goes on your own accounts, after you approve it. Those costs are separate from our price.
- Payment
- 50% at kickoff, 30% when you sign off on testing, and 20% when it’s live and handed over.
Care
$1,000/month
Optional. Bounded, non-emergency support for workflows we built.
- Includes
- Up to three workflows. Automated checks, a monthly report, and up to two hours of investigation and fixes per month.
- Coverage
- Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Mexico City time. Nights and weekends are outside human coverage.
- Response
- Within eight covered business hours. That’s a response time, not a guaranteed resolution time.
- Not included
- Emergency or 24/7 incident response, an outsourced operations manager, or unlimited improvements. Care suits workflows that can wait for a response in covered hours, not work that needs an immediate one.
Protections and boundaries
- Defect warranty
- For 30 calendar days after acceptance, we cover defects in the build we delivered: where our work doesn’t perform as agreed. Report a defect in that window and we’ll correct it at no charge. This applies whether or not you choose Care, and warranty fixes don’t use any Care allowance.
- Not a defect
- New requirements, and problems caused by changes to your setup or to third-party services, are scoped separately. We explain any additional work and get your approval before charging for it.
- Ownership
- What we build runs in accounts you own, on your bill. We work on logins you set up and can switch off anytime.
- Your data
- It stays in your tools and any service you approve in writing, and it doesn’t go anywhere else, including AI tools. When the work’s done, we delete anything we copied.
- In writing
- Paid work runs under a separate written agreement, and scope and terms come in writing before anything is paid. Prices on this page can change; the price you pay is the one in your agreement.
